When logging into the Chain.io portal, you will soon notice a new step in the process. We're introducing an 'identifier first' login flow, designed to make your login process more intuitive and personalized. Here's what you need to know:

Identifier First Login Flow

The new login method prioritizes simplicity and security. When you sign in, entering your email and password will be a two part process.

On the first screen, you’ll first enter your email address. Once you’ve entered your email, you’ll then be prompted to enter your password. From there, you’ll be taken to your workspace in the Chain.io platform.

There is no action needed by you or anyone in your organization. We’re sharing now so you’re prepared when things look a little different in a few weeks.

Timeline

The changes to the login flow are scheduled to go live by April 15. We'll share more details and support documentation in an upcoming feature release.

Need Help?

We're here to support you through this transition. If you have questions, need assistance, or want to learn more about the benefits of the new login flow, our team is ready to help.
