AS2 Receive Host Systems & Integration Connections(Beta)

In this release, we are expanding our AS2 capabilities by introducing AS2 Receive setups for both Workspace Host Systems and Integration Connections.

Much like our existing AS2 Send Host Systems and Connections, the new AS2 Receive setups will need to be configured with preexisting AS2 Profiles within your Workspace. When integrating these setups into your Flow configurations, you'll find them readily available in the selection panels for Receive Flow Types.

These features are only available for Workspaces on the Preview Track. To learn more about Beta features and getting your Workspace on the Preview Track, please visit our support article.

Why We Made The Change

AS2 is a universally recognized file transfer protocol, widely adopted across various industries that Chain.io serves. By incorporating the AS2 protocol into our system and enabling AS2 endpoints to effortlessly send and receive data within Chain.io, we're significantly expanding the range of options available to our users. This enhancement ensures that our users have the flexibility they need to meet their diverse business requirements effectively.

You can read more about how to setup and use the AS2 Host Systems and Integration Connections in our support documentation.

Workspace Notifiers

We've just introduced a great new feature that allows users to set notifications for all the Flows in their Workspace. With this addition, you can configure notifications that will alert you whenever any Flow in your Workspace is reported as either a success, skipped, or failure.

Why We Made The Change

Setting notifications at the Workspace level provides a powerful tool for capturing essential information about the Flows in your Workspace. It doesn't matter which integration or individual Flow configuration you have set up; this feature ensures you're in the know.

This is particularly valuable for organizations with numerous Flows across various integrations. Instead of having to go through each Flow configuration individually, you can now receive information about Flow status (success, skipped, or failed) without the extra hassle. It's all about making your life easier and more efficient.
