24.02.14 Feature Release Summary

Upload Page

In our latest update, we're excited to introduce secure Upload Pages, now configurable within your Flows. These pages provide a dedicated space for adding files that initiate Flow executions, complementing the existing Source Systems and connections.

Upload page

This enhancement allows for flexible access settings: make your upload page public, protect it with a password, or restrict access exclusively to your team members within your workspace. Additionally, Enterprise customers can customize these pages with their own logo, aligning with their brand identity.

Why We Made The Change - Our customers sought a straightforward way to integrate files into Flow Executions from an easily accessible location. With this update, we've made that possible, ensuring seamless integration without sacrificing security or the connection to existing source systems.

Flag Executions

We're introducing the ability to mark specific executions as important by using the new "Flag" feature. This option is located in the Flow Execution Details, under the Actions section. Flagged executions are easily identifiable in the Executions table, marked by a flag icon on the left side of the row. To streamline the process, customers can filter for all flagged executions by entering “flagged” in the Tag/Response ID field of the Executions table.

Why We Made The Change - This feature was developed to enable customers to quickly signal, find, and focus on critical executions within their Flows. It's designed to save time and enhance efficiency when navigating the Chain.io platform.
